Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without having to provide any reason.
Return Procedures
- Contact us : Send an email to info@natalu.shop indicating your order number and the reason for the return.
- Packaging : Please ensure the product is in its original packaging, with all accessories included.
- Shipping : Return the product to Via Corsica 18 - 96100 Siracusa within 7 days of notifying us of the return.

- All accessories must be included in the return.
- The return must be shipped within the specified period.
Reimbursement
Once your return is received and verified, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be processed using your original payment method.
